Hello everyone, hopefully, I am in the right section.
I am looking for stock or any debloated ROM for S32-v3 (ddr4) 2016-12-15 (A15). Branded S912 4k.
I have tried several ROMS, and no matter what I do this box does not wants to boot.
Have been reading on this site for the last 7 days and this box is just being stubborn. The SD card method even changed SDCards thinking that it was that but nope is the firmware.
Any help will be appreciated.

I bricked my box, It is 3/16 with 9733 Chip. I I tried to upgrade to 7.1.2 and after 95% I had an error. Unfortunately I burned it with checked eraase boot option. Can anybody help me? I am not sure to use the right version. I am very confused in terms of this many versions that I found for this box. I can connect the box to my PC but now I get after 4% romcode or uboot error.

PLEASE HELP!

Hello everyone, been reading on this site for the last 7 days and this box is just being stubborn.

I am looking for stock or any debloated ROM for S32-v3 (ddr4) 2016-12-15 (A15). Blue PCB Branded S912 4k.

Have tried several ROMS, including the Tanix from the Mega site where all the ROMS are storage; and no matter what I do this box does not wants to boot.

Using the SD card method even changed SDCards thinking that it was that but nope is the firmware.

Today I have received the Mecool M8S Plus L with amlogic s912 2gb 16gb. I would like to know if someone has already installed Android TV on this box ?
I know that Android TV is available for the M8S Pro L, is it possible to install this firmware ?

I have just plugged the wrong power unit into my Tanix TX9 Pro. It was a 12V DC power unit instead of the correct 5V DC unit. It now does not work at all with no boot message on the front screen. According to the Tanix manufacturer this box should be able to withstand this treatment and not damage it. If this is true then how can I reset and get it working again.

A troubled Tanix owner.

I have a MXQ Pro Quick Play (Amlogic S905). My Xfinity app doesn't allow for HDMI viewing, but it can be viewed via composite video. In order for that to happen I must disconnect the HDMI cable, which then automatically shifts the MXQ from hdmi mode to cvbs mode.

However, in cvbs mode, MXQ defaults to 576cvbs, which scrambles the picture, so I have to change it to 480cvbs. I know how to do this via a several-step manual process, but it's not intuitive and a bit of a pain.

I was hoping there might be a simple command via adb/SSH to make the change from 576 to 480. I've seen online postings for hdmi settings using the "wm" command, but nothing for cvbs.

Also, is it possible to change the default MXQ startup settings so it defaults to 480 in cvbs mode? That would really be the most efficient way.

Donno, but if setting surround to anything else breaks DTS pass through or turns makes stereo output on all sources.

Good evening,

I have this (now good old) tablet which is in brick mode. So nothing is displayed on the screen but Windows still sees it in some way.

So I tried to flash it using SP Flashtools 3.1344. At the end of the process, I get the error message : BROM ERROR : S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054) and [EMI] Obtain DRAM Failed!

In the list of item to flash, Preloader is in red. That could be the problem but I don't know how to solve this and how I can go one step further.

Any help is welcome.

Hello All,
I just got my box today it's a 3/64GB labeled as EstGoSZ with Android 7.1.2 - It's has a blue board inside with a sticker that reads: CZ 3G+64G+9377 JOB 20171103
On the other side of the board it has the following written: S32-V6(LPDDR3) 2017-09-05



The problem I have is that it makes some crackling noise. I read here that all 7.1.2 have that problem:

Is there a new stock firmware that I can update to in order to solve this? And how?
Any recommendations?
Is it possible to make the box run cooler without having to mod and install fans? I kinda like the minimalist and simple look it has.
