Mecool M8S Pro W: Not Running Android TV OS

Hi Guys, I bought the non-voice remote version of this box assuming it would have the Android TV OS but it has the stock Mecool launcher, won't play Netflix in HD and You Tube maxes out at 1080P. DRM test shows 1.0 so I'm hoping it's a FW issue. It looks like this: https://www.gearbest.com/tv-box/pp_895795.html. Here is a pic of the launcher.

I hope I can update since it is DRM 1.0?
