are all h 96 pro+ created equal

i am in philippines and wanting to buy an h 96 pro+ 3gb and 32 gb my main option is to buy online through lazada they only have one alfawise but have many other named boxes e.g. vanpie, wechip, Jingle catwalk getek ,milu etc.
are all these boxes the same in quality ??? some have android 6 and some have android 7 if i get an android 6 can it be upgraded to android 7
also will i also need a cooling fan or similar underneath to keep it cool
