I am trying to download the recovery file(s) for a friends Nextbook Next7P12-8G(I think that is the correct model). She has tried a hard reset but can't get into settings to connect wifi. I thought I could help her out so I found this site and registered but I can't download any file. I keep getting (ERROR 403 - Forbidden) when I click on the link to the file. Also, I'm not sure if I need to run the TWRP install first or if the stock Shaun ROM files will be fine. She doesn't need a rooted device. She just needs it to work so she can use it for school. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
