I have a tablet with a restricted version of Android and I want to flash it to a standard version of Android. Is there a windows app that will read my tablet and tell me which firmware/ROM I need to download? Also I will need to side load it because I can't get into recovery mode due to restrictions. My computer has the drivers to read the device. Only things I know are it has a rockchip rk3188 running a modified 4.2.2 Android with a 3.0.36+ kernel the board is made by HTC but it's also modified so doesn't necessarily correspond to HTC's tablets. It's 7in. Is this enough info for me to get a version of Android that will work on my tablet?
edit: here is some build_prop info:
ro.rksdk.version=rk31_android4.2.2-sdk-v1.04.00
ro.product.cpu.abi=armeabi-v7a
ro.product.cpu.abi2=armeabi
JDQ45
Hope this helps my case. I just want a generic version of Android.
