Mecool KI PRO stop at 4%

first my mecool Pro Ki did not connect to the computer until I did the short procedure on the nand. now when I try to flash with the rom stock, it always stops at 4% and I get this error:. [0x139f0902]Unknown and this [0x10303004] Romcode / Switch status / Identify / Error result. box new and has always been with the blue LED lit and no image on the tv.
