Bricked Venz V12 :(

Hello, I'm new on this forum. Found this place while googling for a solution for my prolems with my Venz V12 Android box.

While trying to install libreelec I managed to brick my product. I've contacted the supplier and they send me a firmware, but it's not a .img file.

I've tried flashing it with random images, but so far none have worked. Attached are some images of the hardware. Can anybody point me to a firmware that might work?
