Does the Video Stored in My Mobile Work with my 4K TV?

I have got a HDmI cable, which will be used to connect my mobile to TV, then i can enjoy the funny videos in my mobile via the TV, but if the normal hdmi cable support 4K output via my 4K TV? anyclue?
