Mxq pro 4k

Hi I'm new here and to the world of android boxes.

I just bought a mx pro 4k box and am using it on my sharp tv.

my problem is that when I am using the remote for the box I lose the picture for a couple of seconds and then it returns to normal and this continues every minute or two.

any suggestions on what I can do?
