Android Tv Box - "NO COMMAND" Error

Hi,

I am new to the forum, so thank you in advance for any help you can give.

I have the below Android TV Box, and would like to update it to the latest version of Android so I can install the latest version of KODI, but it has been a nightmare.

I have found the update files below and have copied onto my SD card

But when I try to boot into recovery mode I just get the "No Command" screen and no Android system recovery menu. I can't do anything. I wait and the box just boots back into the normal operating system.

This does seem to be a common issue on phones, but I can't seem to find any help on this based on the Android TV boxes.
