Οn 131 Oct 2015 I made two purchases from gearbest one from warehouse Europe and the other from China to 3 Nov 2015 and for no reason I see on the order situation that will make a refund !!from there trying to figure out what was the problem, if they took the money and if so, why cancel my order without reason here is all the tickets and the answers from Gearbest

I try to figure out if you mock me or not , 1st you say you do a refund because you can not see in the paypal the payment 2nd that you can not accept my order online with online payment (but you have it in your site). I know that my money has come out of my card, I'm asking if you passed my money on your account, YES or NO? If YES, why do you say that you can not accept my order? If NO why do you say that you will do a refund? if you make a refund can you send me the authorization codes of the transaction and the amount of the refund? I just think that you mock me and i cant tolerate it.
