First thing is to install TWRP recovery (Plenty of guides on this site on how to do that).
Once installed flash this: Pinguy_NexBox_A5_Tweaks.zip
The Zip is 90% there. It has the build.prop edits and graphic improvements. It also has a pretty great audio engine. All of this is working within the TWRP zip. What isn't working and should is busybox & SU. It seems there is some sort of recovery/backup partition that keeps reinstalling the broken busybox & SU on every reboot. Apart from that you will see a great improvement from flashing this zip. I just wish I could get Busybox and SU working.
For devs, you can use the zip as a template to create your own TWRP install zips. Just replace the "system" folder with your changes.
