Hi. I purchased two MXQ Pro boxes for my friends and connected it to their television but they are both not working. One of them, the blue light came on however there is no connection to the television. This is not my first time using an android box and I am well aware of how it should be connected. My older version works perfectly fine on my television however the new one I tried connecting to my friend's tv is not even starting up. I keep getting the no connection display on his tv. The second box, i tried it out a couple days ago on my television and it started up perfectly fine. When i connected it to my friend's tv as i did with the first box, it heated up and never came on (bear in mind it was working perfectly fine on my tv). I am guessing the issue lies with my friend's electrical wiring which is causing these boxes to not work???
Basically the light comes on on one box and doesn't on the other and neither boxes are connecting to any tv now. Is there any way i can get these boxes to work again?
