Looking to create my own custom ROM for an Android mini stick device. It seems like the Rockchip are the most popular/only processor type out there.
If possible I would like to skip reinventing the wheel and compiling from android source to tailor to the Rockchip hardware. Are the sources of these custom ROMs posted somewhere? It would be much easier to modify and existing source for these types of devices over starting from scratch.
I'm not tied to a particular Android stick device, just whichever one is the most easily hackable. Do you have a recommendation on where to start? I want to customize the look and the pre-installed apps on the OS. Much appreciated.
