Help edit logo.img from lollipop Firmware

Hi guys,

I've been trying to edit a logo.img from a lollipop ROM can't can't find any tools or information on it. Older KITKAT files where ok to edit, either tools or HEX but can't seem to get this to work.

I'm trying some tweaks to an S905 ROM and just need the final touches.

Any ideas?
