Can't switch to android from windows

Hi I really need help, I have the tornsmart ara iz37 dual boot tv box.
Yesterday I make a reset to the windows 10 to clean it from all my info before Im gonna sell it.

After the rest the windows show up but I have 2 problems, I don't have the wintoand application and I don't have intel hd graphics installd, now I stuck with windows.
I downloaded the wintoand but when I press the the switch in the app it's restart again to windows and I dong get the default message that I have before in blue banner "do you wanna switch the OS?"
Is there any fix to this? How can I bring back the dual boot working agin?
