Questions about the CX 919II

I bought this CX 919II device but I am not sure if the firmware pinned on this section is compatible or not. You're help would be appreciated.

ALSO: Is there a known Linux build (specifically to run KODI/XBMC nicely) that can work on this device? I'd love to install something similar to OPENELEC or UBUNTU.
